The role involves helping individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities live more independently, supporting daily living, personal care, and community access. A caring, patient, and team-oriented mindset is essential to thrive in our inclusive team.

The position is full-time, with day or night shifts available. Training and progression opportunities are provided as you work towards Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
