Life Without Barriers is seeking a Youth Worker for the Towards Ending Homelessness for Young Queenslanders service in the Lockyer Valley. You will support young people in home and community settings, helping with routines, life skills and access to housing, education and health supports in a trauma-informed framework.

The role is permanent part-time, based in Gatton/Laidley surrounds, with flexible schedule and a strong focus on positive outcomes for young people.
