Bluetree Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to join our SIL team in Greenbank, QLD. This casual role offers afternoon shifts (Mondays and Thursdays) with potential for additional shifts, backfill, and sleepovers, supporting participants with complex care needs.

You will provide person-centred, compassionate care under individual plans, including personal care, daily living assistance, mobility support, diabetes and medication management, and robust documentation.
