THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Crew members to join our retail team at Brisbane Airport on a full-time basis.

In this fast-paced airport retail environment,



you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travellers while supporting store sales and daily operations. You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
