HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in Melbourne for North - West on a casual basis with potential to be permanent part time.
The successful applicant for North - West team will be caring for clients living in suburb Moonee ponds, Fawkner, Sunshine, Preston, Kings Park, Derrimut, Essendon, Glenroy, etc. The successful applicant is expected to travel upto 1 hour .
The candidates must be available to work on Thursday and Friday.
