NewTruss is seeking a motivated Saw Operator to join our Cardiff-based manufacturing team. The role focuses on the safe, accurate cutting and processing of timber products to support production targets and maintain quality standards.

You will operate timber saws and woodworking machinery, ensure correct setup and sizing, and work with the team to meet daily production requirements in a safety-focused workplace.
