Quantum Medical Imaging is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Medical Receptionists to join our growing team across Brisbane, including our existing clinics in Victoria Point, Loganholme and Rochedale, as well as our exciting new Browns Plains clinic opening soon.

We are an independently owned and operated radiology practice, providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to our local communities.

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in ensuring their experience is positive from the moment they contact or visit our clinic.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional customer service.

- Booking, confirming and managing patient appointments.

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.

- Communicating with referring doctors, patients and clinical staff.

- Supporting the daily workflow of the clinic to ensure appointments run smoothly.

- Working collaboratively with the reception and clinical teams.

You'll receive training in our booking systems, processes and the different imaging services we provide.

What We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for someone with medical experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is reliable, willing to learn and genuinely enjoys helping people.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

- A friendly, approachable and qualified manner.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, retail, hospitality or administrative environment.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.





- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

- A strong work ethic, reliability and a willingness to contribute to the team.

- A positive attitude and openness to feedback and training.

Previous medical reception experience is not required, although experience in customer service or administration is highly regarded.
