About the role

Kendricks Kustoms is an independent, locally owned paint and panel shop in Gladstone seeking trade qualified panel beaters and/or automotive spray painters. You don't need to be qualified in both trades—applications from either are welcome.

Key responsibilities

- Panel beaters: carry out panel repairs and replacement, panel alignment, and removal and refitting of components; assess the job, work through repairs properly and deliver quality workmanship
- Spray painters: carry out preparation, colour matching, paint application and finishing across a range of repair and refinishing jobs
- Work across accident repairs, insurance work, resprays, custom refinishing and fleet vehicles
- Work independently and contribute to the team

About you

- A relevant trade qualification and hands-on industry experience
- The ability to work independently and contribute to the team
- Consistent workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliability, clear communication and a practical approach
- A can-do attitude




- A good eye for detail and pride in the finished result
