About the Role

Our client, a leading importer and distributor of ambient, chilled, and frozen food products, is seeking reliable and experienced Process Workers / Re-work Packers to join their growing team based in Yennora.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous food processing, repacking, or warehouse experience who are looking for stable weekday work with the potential for long-term employment.

Please note: Flexibility is essential, as overtime may be required. Candidates must also be comfortable working in cold and chilled environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Rework and repack chilled food products in accordance with quality standards.
- Date-stamp and relabel products accurately.
- Repackage products to meet client specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and identify any damaged or defective items.
- Inspect and sort products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
- Label, seal, and palletise finished goods.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and food hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, secure,



and organised work area.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Requirements
- Previous experience in process work, food production, or warehouse repacking is essential.
- Ability to work comfortably in cold and chilled environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high work standards.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
