Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in Kyneton, VIC. This is a role that offers ongoing training and development, with the prospect to grow your sales career.

The Real Estate Sales

Agent will manage end-to-end property sales, including listing properties, conducting appraisals, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating open homes and private inspections. The role involves building strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing regular market feedback,



and guiding clients through every stage of the sales process. The agent will negotiate offers, prepare contracts in collaboration with legal professionals when required, and ensure all activities comply with relevant real estate legislation and agency standards. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, staying informed on local market trends, and actively prospecting to generate new listings and referral business.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a real estate salesperson
- Proven skills in Real Estate Sales with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and relationship building.
- General Real Estate market knowledge, including local property trends and pricing in regional Victoria.
- Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
