The roleThis is a flexible position you can make your own. Depending on your interests and experience, you can work across:

- Residential: helping families and investors buy, sell and lease homes
- Rural: working with landholders and primary producers on farming and grazing properties
- Commercial: supporting local businesses with sales and leasing

About youExperience in real estate is preferred but not essential. We value attitude as much as experience. You’ll be:

- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Self-motivated, organised and driven to succeed
- Keen to learn and grow within the industry
- Connected to, or excited to become part of, the Chinchilla community
- Holding (or willing to obtain) the relevant Queensland real estate registration or licence
- Holding a current driver’s licence
