THE OPPORTUNITY

- We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.
- As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a positive clinic experience while supporting our veterinarians and nurses with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to their local community.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcome clients and patients to the clinic
- Manage appointments and scheduling
- Answer phones and respond to enquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
- Assist with general clinic operations as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING




- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence using computers and practice management systems
- A positive, skilled and team-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

- Veterinary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
