About the Role In your new role as Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception area and assist with administrative tasks in the Finance, HR and Service departments. You will also support our travel team with coordinating local and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate the switchboard and efficiently direct incoming calls to the most relevant person.

· Receive and welcome all visitors to the premises and ensure visitor sign in and out.

· Prepare and despatch courier bags.

· Prepare items for mailing both nationally and internationally

· Open and distribute company mail while maintaining confidentiality at all times.





· Assist with the co-ordination of local and international travel for Heat and Control staff through Corporate Traveler.

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

· Cert III (Administration) and 5+ years demonstrated receptionist experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access), PowerPoint and SharePoint.

· Salesforce experience advantageous although training will be provided if you don’t have experience.

· Robust administrative experience.

· Self-motivated and self-directed in line with company directives.

· Competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Time management skills to ensure work is completed to deadlines.

This position is best suited to a mature, reliable Receptionist with a can-do-attitude looking for a fulltime role with a stable international company.
