What You’ll Do

- Build your own desk in Allied Health, Nursing or Doctors, as part of a specialised team

- Win new clients by opening conversations with hospitals, clinics and healthcare services

- Find and engage healthcare professionals, from cold outreach to reconnecting with our established database





- Match the right people to the right roles, and stay in touch well beyond the placement

- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, helping them solve their workforce challenges

- Grow with your team, sharing wins, learning from market leaders and lifting each other’s results

You'll bring experience in one of these areas: recruitment (any sector), sales, or a customer-facing or phone-based role working with healthcare professionals. You'll have confidence on the phone and the drive to start conversations with people you haven’t met, a target-driven mindset, balanced with real care for client and candidate experience and resilience, curiosity and a willingness to learn a new market.

Bonus Points

- Direct healthcare recruitment experience
- A track record of billing and managing a desk

- Experience in business development or headhunting

- Background in nursing, allied health, medical administration or healthcare support

Experienced recruiters will be placed at the level that fits their experience. If you’re newer to recruitment, you’ll get the training and coaching to get you there.
