Our Gold Coast branch is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us.

We're a busy, hands-on business where no two days are quite the same. We work hard, move quickly and have a laugh along the way. There's plenty to learn, plenty to do and plenty of opportunity to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for industrial and labour hire roles
- Advertising vacancies, conducting reference checks and coordinating placements
- Managing candidate onboarding, documentation and compliance requirements
- Providing ongoing support and communication to candidates, workers and clients
- Conducting regular site visits to support clients with day-to-day workforce requirements
- Keeping recruitment records and systems up to date

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in customer service or another people-focused role
- Confidence picking up the phone and having a conversation
- Solid attention to detail and good organisational skills




- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to manage competing priorities and follow things through
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- A team-first attitude and willingness to get involved
- A current Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
