Your Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and securing carpenters for our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused individual to shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify skilled carpenters and construction professionals through various channels.
- Collaboration: Partner with site managers and project leads to understand staffing needs across multiple locations.
- Employer Branding:



Promote BD Building Projects as an employer of choice in the construction industry.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with local employment laws and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role (construction industry experience is a plus but not necessary).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
