As part of our Canberra team, you’ll join a high performing group of consultants and be working at the centre of a buoyant construction and Property sector.

Your New Role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant or above in our Blue-Collar Construction Trades & labour hire team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing and growing our strong presence across Canberra. You’ll partner with a host of commercial construction companies and subcontractors in supporting their short and long term project requirements.

In this role, you will:

- Manage a workforce of construction trades and daily site requirements
- Develop and implement candidate attraction strategies tailored to the construction and trades sector
- Strengthen existing relationships and drive new business development across ACT.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re seeking an experienced agency recruiter or a highly driven salesperson with:

- 3 years construction/ trades sales experience
- A proven ability to build meaningful client partnerships through business development
- High motivation, resilience, and a passion for delivering outstanding results
- A team‑oriented mindset,



someone who thrives in a high energy, team focussed workplace
- Experience or involvement in buildings, trades or a supply chain industry
