We are currently looking to find a Recruitment Manager for a newly formed role.

The role will be offered on a Full-Time fixed term or Casual contract with a view to permanence all going well. This will be in our office either in Ascot or Karratha LIA depending on where the successful applicant is located.

Key functions of the role:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all company projects and corporate teams.




- Actively create meaningful pathways for Indigenous people and local school leavers to join WCG.
- Cultivate relationships in the local community and wider stakeholder groups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and admin teams to select and onboard successful candidates.

What will set you up for success:

- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Recruiter, Manager or Business Partner within the resource or civil construction sector.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, transactional recruitment ideally within a regional local market.
- Strong working knowledge of resource and construction sector roles, skill sets, and labour market dynamics
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Ability to travel to Karratha as needed.
