responsibilities Undertaking the full recruitment process according to ONSET’s methodology Ensuring complete job descriptions/specifications from clients Advertising across all media Sourcing candidates to fill positions via database searching, online search, phone search and referrals, etc Interviewing candidates Writing, producing and submitting candidate information to clients (Professional Profiles) in line with company procedures and quality standards Candidate management including maintaining a scheduled call cycle to maintain working relationships with candidate contact network / community.
