The prospect

Joining Verra means getting in early on a business with ambitious growth plans. You will work alongside experienced recruiters, own your market, and build relationships with leading contractors, consultancies, and infrastructure businesses across Australia.

If you're new to recruitment, we'll provide hands on training, mentoring and the foundations to build a successful desk.

If you're an experienced consultant, you'll have the autonomy to grow your client base, develop your market and increase your earnings, with opportunities to take on senior and leadership responsibilities as Verra expands. We are building for the long term, and we want people who can see themselves scaling right alongside us.

a consultant ready to take the next step in their career or someone new to recruitment with transferable skills from sales, customer service or construction.
