About the role

PM-Partners Group is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Sydney recruitment team and power our sourcing and talent pipeline across technology and project services. With strong enterprise clients already in place, including major Australian Banks and Insurance companies, demand for high-calibre technology and project talent continues to grow.

This is an ideal role for a proactive, detail-focused resourcer to partner closely with our consultants, build deep talent pools and help us deliver quality shortlists faster.

Key responsibilities

- Source, identify and engage passive and active candidates across technology and project services using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our ATS and talent networks.
- Manage the front end of the recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, initial interviews and preparing shortlists for our consultants.
- Resource a broad range of roles including IT/technology, project management, PMO, business analysis, and change management.
- Build and maintain a high-quality, up-to-date talent database and pipelines aligned to our enterprise clients' preferred supplier agreements.
- Support consultants with reference checks, compliance and onboarding documentation, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through to placement.

About you





- Proven experience in a sales, recruitment resourcing, sourcing or talent acquisition support role, ideally within technology recruitment.
- Solid understanding of technology roles, including DevOps, engineering, cloud, and related disciplines.
- Experience sourcing for project services roles such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO professionals, and Change Managers is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated skill in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques, with confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS/CRM.
- A proactive, organised mindset with strong attention to detail and the drive to meet sourcing and pipeline targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
