The Regional Dental Assistant Coordinator is responsible for the following:

- Delivering high-quality dental assisting services with a professional, cooperative, and client-centred approach

- Supports the coordination and efficient delivery of dental services in collaboration with remote clinic managers, management and operational teams.

- Guiding and mentoring dental assistants

- Ensuring the highest clinical standards are maintained and met





- Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture through exemplary practices and role modelling.
