Ready to take the next step in your procurement career?

We’re looking for a Regional Category Manager – Non-Alc to join our Procurement team and help deliver practical commercial outcomes across our non-alcoholic portfolio.

This is a great chance for someone who has built a strong foundation in procurement, sourcing or commercial analysis and is ready to take on broader category ownership.

You don’t need to be a polished, long-tenured FMCG category manager. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, learn quickly and turn analysis into action.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and progressively own category strategy and sourcing activity
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape sourcing approaches
- Support or lead tenders, evaluations, negotiations and commercial recommendations
- Build productive supplier relationships and support performance and risk management
- Use market insights and commercial analysis to identify value opportunities
- Contribute to procurement governance, process improvement and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively across the Procurement team and broader business

About You You’re commercially curious, relationship-led and ready to step up.



You may currently be working as a Procurement Specialist, Procurement Analyst, Buyer, Sourcing Specialist or Category Specialist.

You’ll bring

- Practical procurement, sourcing or supplier-facing experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Exposure to tenders, sourcing activity, negotiations or contract processes
- Sound analytical capability and confidence forming recommendations
- A collaborative, adaptable and coachable approach
- Strong communication, organisation and follow-through
- FMCG, manufacturing, ingredients, packaging or supply chain experience would be helpful, but isn’t essential
