About the Role!

This role is ideal for a Family Lawyer seeking financial independence and flexibility. Operating as an independent contractor, you will manage a variety of family law matters, including:

- Parenting disputes and child custody cases
- Property settlements and financial agreements
- Divorce and separation proceedings
- Intervention orders and domestic violence matters





You will have the freedom to set your own schedule while staying connected with a team through regular Zoom meetings.

Key Requirements:

- Admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of three years post-admission experience in family law
- Robust ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and efficiency
