DCC Industry Group is seeking a Youth Worker to join its care team, supporting children and young people living in DCC care. You will provide youth work and disability support, helping develop independence and life skills in a safe, supportive workplace.

The role involves trauma-informed care, assisting with personal care, meals, medication, transport, and working with multidisciplinary teams. Training for PODD communication tools is provided.
