Alfresco Emporiumis a leading Australian speciality retailer of lifestyle and dining products, supplying global brands, as well as their own exclusive lines. We have stores in Collaroy and Glenhaven NSW and Bundall and Albion Qld and a robust online store.

We are looking for Pick Packers to join our team on a Christmas casual basis. Your role would be to pick and pack homewares for mail distribution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Printing and sorting new orders
- Accurately and efficiently pick/pack all order
- Pack each order neatly and with care so that it positively represents the Alfresco Brand
- Check all products for faults before sending
- Gift wrapping
- Booking consignments through shipping platform (choosing which courier is most suitable)
- Handing over orders that could not be fulfilled to customer service team for customers to be emailed
- Assisting in organising Click & Collect orders for stores (Sending through paperwork, picking stock as requested,



liaising with customer service when items are out of stock and fulfilling orders in system as required)
- Unpacking and inspecting returns
- General warehouse duties such as unpacking new stock and restocking shelves
- Filling all packaging supplies
- Assisting with stocktakes
- Quality checking products when shipments arrive
- Physically fit and must be able to lift heavy boxes
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail.

This hours for this role are 7.30am – 3.30pm and we have shifts available 5 days a week.
