Francom is seeking an experienced HRIS & Workforce Specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Tanda across multiple franchise and client entities. The role is hands-on in a fast-paced, multi-entity setting, configuring workforce systems and driving payroll and compliance outcomes through technology.
You will work closely with senior leadership and external clients to support workforce management, compliance frameworks and system integration across diverse businesses.
