Wellways Australia in Burnie TAS is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day service delivery of the Wellways to Recovery Team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support in line with contracts and legislative requirements.

You’ll work closely with the Service Manager, coordinate rostering and workforce planning, and maintain service quality while supporting staff capability. A driver’s licence, travel readiness, and relevant checks are required.
