Sandvik is seeking a Product Specialist for Mechanical Cutting in Mackay, QLD. You will embed with customer operations to maximize equipment performance, safety and uptime, serving as the primary in office technical interface and coaching both customer and Sandvik technicians.

You will diagnose complex issues, lead training, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement across Engineering, Aftermarket and Support teams, while upholding Sandvik's safety and quality standards.
