Main Sequence is looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to work with the General Counsel on investments, portfolio, and funds. This 12-month, part-time contract offers ownership of matters from day one and a chance to shape AI-enabled legal workflows for a leading Australian deep tech VC.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll handle deal structuring, diligence and exits, while supporting fund compliance and external counsel when needed. Flexible schedule available to fit life commitments.
