Job Title: Site Supervisor - Remedial Construction
Location: Sydney (City, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West & Northern Beaches)
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Super + Car/Allowance
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A highly respected remedial construction company with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex building repair and restoration projects is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality remedial works across Sydney, including concrete remediation, waterproofing, facade repairs, and balcony rectification projects, the company has secured a steady pipeline of iconic, high-value projects and is looking for a dedicated supervisor to play a key role in their continued success.

This role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, or someone looking to take the next step into a Site Manager or Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site operations across remedial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
- Manage quality control, site documentation, and project reporting




- Work closely with project management teams and clients to achieve successful project outcomes

About you

- Proven track record working on Australian remedial construction projects (concrete repair, waterproofing, facade refurbishment, defect rectification).
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing work in inhabited multi-residential or commercial buildings.
- Proven ability to manage sub-contractors, lead site safety, and a robust ambition to progress into Site Management or Project Management.
- Relevant trade qualifications or building construction credentials, White Card, and a valid driver’s license.
- Full work rights in Australia
