We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Cosmetic Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent patient care skills, and an interest in advanced aesthetic technologies. Mandarin-speaking ability, venepuncture skills, and previous experience with energy-based aesthetic devices will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Nursing Duties

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and assist with aesthetic consultations.
- Perform venepuncture, blood collection, and assist with PRP procedures where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Prepare patients for cosmetic procedures and provide clinical assistance to treating practitioners.
- Assist with injectable aesthetic treatments within the scope of professional registration, training, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Provide detailed pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

Aesthetic Device Treatments

- Operate aesthetic devices independently where appropriately trained, competent, and authorised.
- Assist with or perform treatments using technologies such as:
- Sofwave and Ultherapy




- RF skin tightening and RF microneedling
- Pico laser and IPL technologies
- HIFU and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation devices
- Skin boosters, mesotherapy, and related aesthetic treatments
- Follow clinical protocols and ensure appropriate treatment parameters, patient safety, and documentation.

Client Experience & Clinic Development

- Deliver exceptional service and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Educate clients about suitable aesthetic treatment options and personalised treatment plans.
- Support client retention, follow-up appointments, and ongoing treatment programmes.
- Collaborate with consultants and the management team to support clinic performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify appropriate treatment opportunities based on clinical needs and professional judgement.

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgement, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
- Willingness to learn new aesthetic technologies and participate in ongoing professional training.

Highly Desirable Skills
- Mandarin-speaking ability to communicate effectively with our Chinese-speaking clientele.
- Confident venepuncture and blood collection skills, including experience assisting with PRP procedures.




- Previous experience in cosmetic nursing, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinics.
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic lasers, RF devices, HIFU, or skin rejuvenation technologies.
- Experience assisting with or performing cosmetic injectable procedures within professional scope.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury aesthetic clinics.
- Strong client consultation, relationship management, and treatment recommendation skills.
