Underground Heavy diesel Fitters and Auto Sparkys Hard rock experience required.

Seeking experienced Underground Heavy Diesel Fitters and Auto Electricians for various sites across QLD

Flights from Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Cairns

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have experience working underground on a range of underground mobile equipment.

Be an exceptional team member with a can-do attitude

Hold an absolute commitment to safety and protected working practices

Demonstrated mine site experience working on underground hard rock equipment

Minimum 1-2 years of underground hard rock mining experience required

Australian citizenship required for this position

Conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on underground mining equipment and machinery.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.





Collaborating with the maintenance team to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs

Assisting with equipment installations and modifications

Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Current mining industry medical certificate will be arranged by the company

Sandvik drill experience is highly regarded, as well as general all round knowledge of Sandvik, cat, epiroc and various ancillary equipment.

Options for sub- contractors

Subbies paid $100 to $110+GST an hour

Casual Employees $85 to $90

Even time rosters with flexibility to work extra if needed
