RBC is expanding its Australian operations and seeks an Equity Research Associate to join the Metals & Mining Equity Research team in Sydney. You will support the lead analyst with financial modelling, industry research, and client support while gaining exposure to all facets of equity research.

The role offers progression to lead analyst responsibilities within 3–5 years based on performance, with travel as required.
