Commonwealth Bank's Customer Digital & AI unit is seeking an Engineering Manager and Squad Tech Lead to steer a multidisciplinary team delivering self-service experiences across NetBank and the CommBank App, using Next.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL and backend services.

You will contribute to production code, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while working with Product and Design during discovery to translate requirements into reliable, scalable software.
