An interim Governance Manager role is available with a Victorian public sector client delivering arts and community engagement programs. The 6-month assignment is in Geelong with hybrid work and a preference for 0.8 FTE.

You will lead policy, governance and contract management, liaise with external legal advisers, and prepare governance papers for boards and committees. Compensation is $80 per hour plus superannuation, with flexible schedule and potential extension.
