About the Role

As part of our nursing team, you'll provide high-quality clinical care and support to clients with a variety of health and care needs.

You'll work closely with clients, their families, care workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing nursing care and clinical interventions in accordance with your qualifications and scope of practice

- Conducting or contributing to clinical assessments and individualised care plans

- Providing wound care, dressing changes, and skin integrity monitoring

- Administering medications and supporting safe medication management

- Monitoring chronic health conditions and responding to changes in client wellbeing





- Supporting clients with complex or higher-level care requirements

- Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, families, and other healthcare providers

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant standards

- Identifying and escalating clinical risks to support safe, high-quality care

- Promoting client dignity, independence, and quality of life

For Registered Nurses: Additional responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and reviewing clinical care plans, coordinating nursing care, and providing clinical guidance to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers as appropriate.

For Endorsed Enrolled Nurses: You'll deliver nursing care within your scope of practice, contribute to care planning and clinical monitoring, and work under appropriate Registered Nurse supervision.

About You

You're a caring, reliable nursing professional who combines clinical skills with empathy, initiative, and professionalism.

You're comfortable delivering care in a community setting and understand that exceptional nursing requires both clinical competence and a personal approach.

You will need:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- For EEN applicants, current medication administration competency





- Previous nursing experience, ideally in aged care, community nursing, home care, or disability services

- Experience in medication management, wound care, and supporting clients with ongoing healthcare needs

- Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently within your scope of practice and escalate concerns appropriately

- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Current National Police Check and First Aid certificate

- Required vaccinations, including influenza and COVID-19, in accordance with applicable requirements

- Valid Australian working rights

Experience with complex care, chronic disease management, clinical care planning, or supporting other care staff will be highly regarded.
