/n As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care while supporting residents, families and the wider care team.

Your responsibilities will include:/n

- Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants

/n

- Completing clinical assessments and individualised care planning

/n

- Medication management and wound care

/n

- Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needs

/n





- Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control requirements

/n

- Working closely with families and allied health professionals

/n

- Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

/n About You To be successful, you will have:/n

/n /n

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

/n

- Full working rights

/n

- Completed Bachelor of Nursing

/n

- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

/n

- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

/n

- A genuine commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred aged care
