Remuneration: $800 – $1,500 per assessment package. 70% commission.

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to deliver dedicated, one-off assessment services. This is a purely evaluation-focused role—no ongoing therapy, no case management, and no long-term client caseloads.

- Diagnostic & Neurodevelopmental Testing: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cognitive (WISC/WAIS), and functional capacity evaluations.
- Zero Admin Headaches: We handle referral intake, employer coordination, client billing, and psychometric platform access so you can focus strictly on the consultation and report writing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conducting standalone worksite assessments—liaising with the worker, employer, and return-to-work/safety managers to identify suitable duties and action plans.
- Administering and scoring psychometric assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, MIGDAS-2, WISC/WAIS).
- Drafting explicit, actionable, and timely diagnostic or occupational report findings.

What We’re Looking For

- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
- Experience (or strong interest) in conducting workplace assessments, injury management/RTW reviews, or diagnostic evaluations.
- Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with employers, safety managers, and medical professionals.
- Strong report-writing skills with an eye for practical recommendations and efficiency.
