/nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys working in a busy General Practice environment and is looking for the stability of a permanent, Monday-Friday position./n
/n The Clinic/n
/n
/nYou’ll be joining a large and established Medical Centre with a genuinely supportive multidisciplinary team, including:/n
/n /n
- 17 GPs (a mix of full-time and part time doctors)
/n
- 5 Practice Nurses
/n
- An experienced Practice Manager
/n
- Visiting Allied Health Specialists
/n
- A supportive administration and reception team
/n /n
/nWith an established nursing team already in place, you’ll have plenty of support around you while working across a varied Practice Nursing workload./n
/n The Role
/n
/nThis is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday./n
/n
/nAs Practice Nurse, you’ll work closely with the GPs, nursing team and wider clinic staff to provide high-quality patient care./n
/n
/nYour responsibilities will include:/n
/n /n
- Immunisations and vaccinations
/n
- Wound care and dressings
/n
- Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans
/n
- Health assessments
/n
- ECGs and spirometry
/n
- Pathology collection
/n
- Infection prevention and control
/n
- Assisting GPs with procedures
/n
- Patient education and preventative healthcare
/n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
/n
- General treatment room and Practice Nursing duties
/n /n
About You/n
/n
/nWe’re looking for a confident and experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys being part of a collaborative, patient-focused team./n
/n
/nTo be considered, you will ideally have:/n
/n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
/n
- Previous General Practice / Practice Nursing experience
/n
- Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification
/n
- Current National Police Check
/n
- Current Working with Children Check
/n
- Strong immunisation knowledge and experience
/n
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease management and health assessments
/n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
/n
- A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach
/n
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a larger clinical team
/n /n What’s On Offer/n

- Monday–Friday | 38 hours per week
/n
- Up to $43 per hour + super, depending on experience
/n
