nbn is seeking a Recoveries Lead to protect its network and financial interests by guiding end-to-end recovery activities, disputes and legal recoveries. You will set priorities, coach teams, oversee service providers, and ensure governance across procedures, controls and analytics.

You will lead evidence-based initiatives to improve recovery outcomes and data integrity while collaborating with insurers, partners and internal teams in a dynamic telecom setting.
