The Lookout Way is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support strategic home care providers using the Lookout platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding adoption, change and long-term transformation, bridging software capability with operational delivery.

In this remote-first role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers realise value, manage a named portfolio, and build structured enablement and adoption plans in a highly regulated aged care setting.
