Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate to join our national Charities and Purpose-Driven Institutions team in Sydney. You will work with Partner Vera Visevic on regulatory matters, governance and fundraising across a range of NFP matters.

You will draft advice to ATO/ACNC, advise on mergers and governance, and mentor junior lawyers while delivering high-quality work in the Not-For-Profit sector.
