Rio Tinto is seeking multiple Coordinator MEM professionals to join the Major Works team, coordinating shutdown and major maintenance across Pilbara operations. You will report to the Supervisor Major Works MEM and lead safety-focused, cooperative teams to deliver reliable maintenance outcomes.

This role offers leadership development within a high-performing environment, working with Supervisors, Maintainers, Planners and Contractors to optimise equipment reliability and maintenance delivery.
