SHEIKE is seeking a Boutique Leader to drive a high-performing Sydney boutique, delivering exceptional customer experiences, solid sales, and a positive team culture. You will lead styling, product knowledge and service behaviours to bring the brand to life on the floor.

You will recruit, coach and develop a frontline team, manage rostering, stock integrity and visual standards, and translate insights into actions that improve conversion and ATV.
