Dress for Success Victoria is seeking a strategic Fundraising & Partnerships Lead to drive revenue growth, manage campaigns, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, events and individual giving. Reporting to the CEO, you will plan and evaluate fundraising programs, lead a team of volunteers and staff, develop compelling propositions, and build high-value relationships with funders and partners.

You will ensure compliance, monitor performance and report to the board, while expanding DFS
