Banking for the people who run healthcare. Blake Oliver Consulting is working with one of Australia's largest banking groups to appoint a Relationship Director into its specialist health banking team in Melbourne's CBD.

You'll lead a portfolio of health sector clients with complex lending needs, supported by a dedicated Account Executive and specialists from across the group. These are sophisticated clients who expect a banker who understands their business, their funding needs and where they're heading.

The bank is looking for a strong commercial or corporate banker first. Sharp credit and structuring skills, and the presence to hold conversations at a senior level, matter more here than volume of calls. Experience with health clients is a real advantage, but not essential.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of health sector clients with complex lending needs
- Be the trusted adviser to owners, executives and finance leaders, understanding what matters to their business
- Structure tailored funding solutions, including working capital, cash flow and term lending
- Support customers through sophisticated lending transactions from structure to approval
- Find opportunities to deepen relationships and connect customers with the wider capability of the group
- Work alongside your Account Executive and share your experience with the wider team

What We're Looking For

- Experience managing commercial or corporate banking relationships with complex lending needs
- Strong credit capability and confidence supporting sophisticated lending transactions




- Experience developing working capital and cash flow lending solutions
- The ability to build trusted relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative approach with specialist teams
- Experience banking health, medical or aged care clients is highly regarded
