Resident Director (Australia) | Part Time | PinovX

PinovX is a digital asset exchange and payments platform. Our Australian entity Pinov Pty Ltd is registered with AUSTRAC and serves customers in Australia and Current Zealand.

We are looking for an Australian Resident Director to join our board and act as our accountable local officer.

What you will do

- Serve as the resident director of Pinov Pty Ltd and meet all director duties under the Corporations Act 2001
- Support our AML/CTF compliance program and act as a local contact for regulators
- Work with our accountant on ASIC and ATO obligations
- Support relationships with Australian banking and payment partners
- Attend a monthly board meeting and approve key company decisions

What you need

- Australian citizen or permanent resident living in Australia
- Not disqualified from managing corporations and not an undischarged bankrupt




- Able to pass a national police check and obtain a Director ID
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services or payments or digital assets or another regulated sector
- Working knowledge of AML/CTF obligations in Australia
- Board or company officer experience is an advantage
