Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in CRM development and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Join us to enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Implement and configure CRM modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on CRM features.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and customisations.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The applicant should also understand web site development including word press
