HTS Constructions Pty Ltd | Brisbane QLD | Full Time

Build Something That Matters, In Places Most People Never See

Some of the most rewarding construction work in Australia happens far from the city skyline. At HTS Constructions, we deliver complex projects in remote, regional locations and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead them.

Based in our Perth office, you’ll take genuine ownership of projects from planning through to demobilisation, backed by an established team that celebrates wins together and pitches in to get the job done.

Why HTS Constructions?

We’re a project management and construction company specialising in remote works, known for our high standard of delivery and a culture that’s positive, qualified and genuinely supportive. Our values, Positive Impact, Leadership, Accountability, and Personal Growth, aren’t just words on a wall; they shape how we work every day.

We’re also a recognised Veteran Employer. We value the leadership,

resilience and technical skills gained through military service and actively encourage veterans to apply.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll independently manage and deliver remote construction projects safely, on time and on budget. You’ll be the driving force behind every phase of delivery, balancing head office responsibilities with on‑site leadership.

You will:

- Create and present comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets to a range of stakeholders
- Develop and review construction methodologies and workpacks alongside engineers and site teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across site and office to hit project objectives
- Plan resources, rosters, costings and schedules, to meet the project program
- Oversee the full logistics
